TEA –TRANSFORMATIVE EMPOWERING ACTION is a nonprofit humanitarian and Development leading Trusted organization, committed make transformative evidence-based approaches, focusing on resolving and addressing complex problems effecting vulnerable population using Result Based humanitarian intervention. Our transformative intervention includes but not limited to: Health & Nutrition WASH, Education, Agriculture, Food Security, Development, Protection, Advocacy, Human Rights, Women Empowerment. Other cross cutting areas of work are Training, Consultancy, Supply delivery and procurement, Wildlife Biodiversity Protection, Environmental, Monitoring and Evaluation, Assessment, Community feedback reporting, Accountability of the affected populations. Flowing 2011 drought that caused devastating impact on the lives of money, TEA was initially formed in 2016 by experts’ volunteers determined to ensure SDG by 2050 and address barriers through transformative action interventions aimed at ensuring vulnerable groups equitably access services to make ensure no one is left behind regardless of social economic status, family background, gender, race, religion, age and socially constructed difference. We are pounded by Humanitarian principles and have Zero tolerance to PSEA, GBV, FGM, all forms of harm or discrimination. We believe everyone’s dignity worth to be protected.
